Fidan: Türkiye welcomes Azerbaijan's support in Syria's restoration

Türkiye welcomes Azerbaijan's support in Syria's restoration, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan told journalists at the closing ceremony of the 4th edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Report informs.

According to the minister, Azerbaijan is working with Türkiye on supporting security, restoring infrastructure and the economy of Syria.

"Any support provided by Azerbaijan is very valuable for us. We welcome the initiatives taken in this matter," Fidan noted.

The Turkish top diplomat emphasized that Baku and Ankara are not simply linked by fraternal relations, the parties have established professional cooperation at the level of government agencies.
