EU Special Rep Toivo Klaar's visit to South Caucasus ends

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar has ended his visit to the South Caucasus, Report informs.

"Ended my visit to the South Caucasus with a visit to Azerbaijan and a good discussion in Baku this morning," Klaar tweeted.
