EU ready to support process of implementing agreements reached between Azerbaijan, Armenia

António Costa, President of the European Council, expressed the European Union’s readiness to support the process of implementing the agreements reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
According to Report, he made the remark during a phone call with Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
President of the European Council congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on the signing of the Declaration between Azerbaijan and Armenia witnessed by the US President in Washington, the initialing of the Agreement on Establishment of Peace and Inter-State Relations, and the breakthroughs regarding the regional transport corridor.
Costa emphasized the importance of these outcomes in ensuring lasting peace and stability in the region.
