Envoy: US ready to help achieve peace in region

As Azerbaijan’s friend, the US stands ready to help build peace and economic, transportation, and interpersonal ties for the prosperity of the entire region, US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Earle Litzenberger said during the Doors Open Day at the embassy, Report informs.

The United States is ready to help achieve peace in the region, the ambassador stressed.

For 30 years, the United States has been cooperating with Azerbaijan on issues related to the rule of law, human rights, the economy, energy and security, he said.
