A signing ceremony of the "Joint action plan for 2024-2026 between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation."
Report informs that the document was signed by the Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, Kamaladdin Heydarov, and the head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, who is on a visit to Baku.
