Diplomatic mission: New Dutch ambassador to Azerbaijan to contribute to strengthening relations between countries

The Dutch Embassy in Baku hopes that the new head of the diplomatic mission, Marianne de Jong, will contribute to strengthening relations with Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the press service of the Dutch Embassy in Baku.

The diplomatic mission noted that Ambassador de Jong has more than twenty years of experience in the diplomatic sphere.

"She held the post of Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Spain, as well as senior positions in The Hague and the Permanent Mission of the Netherlands to the European Union in Brussels. The embassy hopes that under the leadership of the ambassador, the long-standing ties of friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Azerbaijan will be strengthened," the diplomatic mission added.
