Chairperson of Uzbek Senate visits Azerbaijan

Chairperson of the Senate of the Uzbek Parliament Tanzila Narbaeva has arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan to participate in COP29, Report informs.

She was met at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by deputy Sattar Mohbaliyev and other officials.

As part of COP29, a Parliamentary Meeting organized jointly by the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the Parliament will be held in Baku on November 16-17.

The meeting is expected to be attended by 92 delegations from 66 countries and international organizations, up to 330 participants, 167 members of parliament, including 12 speakers and vice-speakers.
