Inam Karimov, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan, recently visited Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, to participate in the centennial celebrations of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan’s Supreme Court.
As a part of the visit, Chairman Karimov held a bilateral meeting with his Kyrgyz counterpart, Zamirbek Bazarbekov. The talks revolved around the improvement of the judicial system, enhancing the role and prestige of the judiciary, training of judges, and the application of information and communication technologies in court operations.
The following day, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov received the heads of delegations from various countries who were visiting the Kyrgyz Republic for the centennial celebrations. The meeting highlighted the ongoing efforts to strengthen mutual cooperation in various fields. It was noted that there is significant potential for collaboration within the judicial system.
The delegations later attended the grand ceremony dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.
