Belgian Consul: ‘Wherever I go from here, I will never forget Baku’

The diplomatic career of Tinneke Everaert, Deputy Head of Mission and Consul of Belgium in Azerbaijan, has ended, the Embassy of Belgium in Baku wrote on X, Report informs.

“Today, we bid farewell to our Deputy Head of Mission and Consul, Tinneke Everaert, who has been a pillar of our Embassy for the past 4 years.

In her own words, ‘My time in Azerbaijan has made a huge impression on me, both as a person and as a diplomat. Getting to know this beautiful region, with its rich history, its welcoming and kind people, has been a pleasure and a privilege. One thing is sure, wherever I go from here, I will never forget Baku!’…’
