Bayramov calls first visit at level of EU High Representative to Azerbaijan in 9 years significant

Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov called the visit of EU diplomacy chief Kaja Kallas to Azerbaijan significant.

According to Report, speaking at a joint press conference with Kallas in Baku, Bayramov emphasized that this is the first visit at the level of the European Union's High Representative to Azerbaijan in the last nine years.

The minister called the visit an important opportunity in terms of prospects for developing cooperation between Azerbaijan and the EU.

"In general, this is our second meeting with Kaja Kallas in a short period. The first one took place in Malta in December last year on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting," he said.
