Azerbaijani, Turkish foreign ministers attend BSEC meeting

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Türkiye's new Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan are taking part in the 46th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC).
