Azerbaijani PM meets his Tajik counterpart in Dushanbe

Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov, as part of a working visit to Dushanbe, has met with Prime Minister of Tajikistan Qohir Rasulzoda, Report informs.
Asadov thanked the government of Tajikistan for holding the 100th anniversary of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev at a high level.
The parties noted the contribution of visits and meetings at the highest level to strengthening interstate ties between Azerbaijan and Tajikistan.
In this context, the importance of the state visit of the president of Azerbaijan to Tajikistan in April of this year was touched upon.
The current state and prospects for the development of cooperation between the two countries in specific sectors of the economy were reviewed.
