Azerbaijani MFA responds to UK Ambassador

Azerbaijan’s media freedom is as free, democratic, stable, and prosperous as in the United Kingdom, Aykhan Hajizada, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wrote on X in response to the UK Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Fergus Auld’s X post, Report informs.

“Ambassador, your claim lacks fairness and impartiality, focusing on a narrow perspective that overlooks a comprehensive review of the freedom of media in Azerbaijan,” the spokesperson said.
