Armenia's statements about the so-called "humanitarian crisis" and "blockade" do not reflect reality, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a meeting with the head of the Council of Europe (CoE) Office in Azerbaijan Petr Sich, Report informs.
During the meeting, it was noted that Armenia's evasion of its obligations to withdraw its armed forces from the territory of Azerbaijan, the use of the Lachin road, originally intended only for humanitarian purposes, for the export of Azerbaijan's natural resources and the preservation of the mine threat hinder the establishment of peace and security in the region.
