On March 3, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with the Senior Adviser to the Government of Cambodia, Sok Siphana, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan within the framework of the Summit-Level Meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Contact Group in response to COVID-19, Report informs, citing the ministry.
The officials exchanged views on the prospects of bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Cambodia, as well as the current situation in the region and the world.
The minister gave detailed information about the post-conflict situation in the region, especially the mine threats.
The sides also discussed the prospects of cooperation in mine clearance.
