During the 3+3 regional consultative format meeting in Istanbul, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov emphasized that Armenia must make necessary amendments to its Constitution to achieve sustainable peace in the South Caucasus region.
According to Report, Bayramov shared Azerbaijan's vision for transforming common challenges into opportunities for cooperation across various domains, including security, economy, trade, energy, transport, communication, and environmental protection.
