Azerbaijan, UNDP discuss long-term effective partnership

Azerbaijan's Prime Minister Ali Asadov met with Achim Steiner, Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on November 14, Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers told Report.
During the meeting, the parties expressed confidence that the COP29 held in Baku will play an important role in promoting global initiatives aimed at reducing the effects of climate change and using green energy.
They also reviewed the long-term effective partnership between Azerbaijan and UNDP, including cooperation towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), jointly implemented projects, and discussed issues on the bilateral cooperation agenda.
