On September 8, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov had a telephone conversation with Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany Annalena Baerbock, Report informs, citing the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Bayramov emphasized that the rejection by Armenia and the established so-called regime of the proposals to organize the synchronized use of the Aghdam-Khankandi road and the Lachin road for the transportation of goods by Azerbaijan through the International Committee of the Red Cross proves that the claims about the humanitarian situation are false.
