Azerbaijan refused to participate in the sided meeting scheduled for October 5 in Granada, Spain, Report informs.
President Ilham Aliyev refused to go to Spain, where the meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was to be held with the participation of the leaders of the European Union, France and Germany, because of the destructive position of France, as well as the disagreement between Paris and Berlin regarding Türkiye's participation in the meeting.
