Azerbaijan, Morocco mull Baku-Rabat twinning initiative

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Morocco Nazim Samadov and Rabat Mayor Fatiha El Moudni discussed the twinning initiative of the two capitals - Baku and Rabat, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Morocco wrote on X.
"Today, Ambassador Nazim Samadov met with Fatiha El Moudni, Mayor of Rabat. The initiative of twinning the two capitals - Baku and Rabat - was discussed. This also became an opportunity to invite the mayor to the 3rd National City Forum in Azerbaijan, which will be held in October 2025," the update says.
