Azerbaijan MFA to US Department of State: It would be appropriate to call on Armenian side to fulfill obligations

It would be appropriate to call on the Armenian side to fulfill obligations and stop illegal activities, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Aykhan Hajizada said on Twitter, Report informs.

"Dear US State Department Spokesperson, more than 1000 of vehicles bringing supply into the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan proves the opposite what you said on January 24," he tweeted.

In a briefing held on January 24, US State Department Spokesman Ned Price called on Azerbaijan to lift the "blockade" of the Lachin road.
