Azerbaijan keen on strengthening ties with Italy's Trieste

Azerbaijan is interested in expanding cooperation with the Italian city of Trieste, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Italy Rashad Aslanov said on X, according to Report.
The Azerbaijani diplomat discussed this issue during a meeting with the Mayor of Trieste, Roberto Dipiazza.
Rashad Aslan said that during the meeting they discussed prospects for cooperation across various sectors between Trieste and Azerbaijani cities.
He highlighted the already significant and steadily developing partnership between the Baku International Sea Trade Port and the Port of Trieste.
