Azerbaijan, IEA explore situation in global energy market

Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov met with Fatih Birol, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA), on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, the minister wrote on X, Report informs.

“We met with Fatih Birol, the Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA), as part of the Munich Security Conference. We exchanged views on the outcomes of COP29, particularly the importance of energy initiatives, as well as the situation in the global energy market and cooperation with the Agency,” reads the post.
