Azerbaijan didn’t invite European Parliament to observe presidential elections

The Azerbaijani side didn’t send an invitation to the European Parliament to observe the snap presidential elections, which will be held in the country on February 7, Report informs referring to a diplomatic source.
“The European Parliament stated that they would not take part in observing the elections in Azerbaijan. However, no invitation was sent to them,” the source said.
The Russian and Armenian media published information about the decision of the European Parliament not to send observers to the upcoming early presidential elections in Azerbaijan.
