Azerbaijan, Croatia to exchange experience in field of demining

Vugar Suleymanov, the Chairman of the Management Board of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), and Frano Matusic, State Secretary for Political Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia, held a meeting, Report informs.

Thus, Azerbaijan and Croatia will exchange experience in the field of demining.

Frano Matusic said that the demining operations, which are very sensitive and difficult activities, as well as the implementation of reconstruction work related to sustainable development goals, are a positive indicator.

At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the future development prospects of activities in the direction of strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries, especially humanitarian demining. The importance of the agency's possible exchange of experience with Croatian companies specializing in this field was emphasized.
