Azerbaijan and Ethiopia discuss strengthening agricultural cooperation

Azerbaijan and Ethiopia have explored ways to deepen collaboration in the agricultural sector during a bilateral meeting between Azerbaijani Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov and his Ethiopian counterpart Girma Amente.
According to Report, the meeting took place on the sidelines of the 2nd UN Food Systems Summit (UNFSS+4), currently being held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
According to Amente, who shared details on social media platform X, the two sides discussed opportunities for agricultural modernization, expanding mutual trade, and implementing programs aimed at strengthening human capital and vocational training for specialists in the field.
