Aygun Aliyeva: Global South NGO Platform - another innovation for Azerbaijan

The founding conference of the Global South NGO Platform, which will be held on April 28-29, will be a new beginning in the life of Azerbaijan's civil society and another innovation for the country, Executive Director of the Agency for State Support to NGOs Aygun Aliyeva said at a briefing dedicated to the conference, Report informs.

She noted that the problems faced by the Global South will be voiced at this platform.

"The initiative of Azerbaijani NGOs has received such global support for the first time. Azerbaijani NGOs will establish new ties with organizations in the countries of the Global South and further deepen their cooperation," Aliyeva added.
