ASAN Service recognized globally as center of excellence, UN official says

ASAN Service has been recognized globally as the center of excellence, Alexander Mejia, Director of the Human Resources and Social Integration Department at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), told Report.

The UN representative noted that ASAN Service, an Azerbaijani brand, has become a model not only in improving people's lives and access to services but also in its international activities.

"I want to express deep respect and admiration for this project, which reflects the rich management skills of the Government of Azerbaijan. As the UN, we are committed to applying Azerbaijan's experience to make the world better," emphasized Mejia.

The UNITAR representative added that 92 out of 193 UN member countries, including the least developed, developing, and countries in conflict zones, require significant potential in service provision.

"All these countries can benefit from the experience of ASAN with the support of the Azerbaijani government. The ASAN operational model is exemplary, and it will empower governments to provide their citizens with higher-quality and more transparent services," concluded the official.
