A historic opportunity for peace and prosperity has emerged in the South Caucasus, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Birol Akgun said at a reception in Baku on August 30, Victory Day.
He emphasized that Türkiye welcomes the latest agreement aimed at establishing lasting peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia and will support Azerbaijan in this matter.
