UEFA makes payments to Azerbaijani clubs

UEFA has made payments to 9 Azerbaijani clubs, excluding Qarabag, within the framework of the solidarity payments and youth football development program.
According to Report, 1.279 million euros allocated for the 2024/2025 season have been transferred to the clubs' accounts through the mediation of Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA).
Thus, each of the clubs, Neftchi, Sabail, Gabala, Sumgayit, Sabah, Araz-Nakhchivan, Zira, Turan Tovuz, and Kapaz, received 142,111 euros.
