UEFA Children's Foundation awards Azerbaijan Football Development Foundation

The UEFA Foundation for Children has awarded the Azerbaijan Football Development Foundation for its exemplary work in child protection.

Report informs, citing the Foundation’s press service, that the award comes as part of UEFA’s annual initiative to recognize organizations nominated by member associations for their outstanding contributions to children's welfare through football.

This year, the total prize fund of €1 million will be evenly distributed among 26 selected organizations. Each recipient, including the Azerbaijan Football Development Foundation, will receive €38,500.

The Foundation previously received this honor in 2023 as well.
