Newcastle United could be offered Manchester City star Jack Grealish this summer with his future at the Etihad Stadium looking doubtful, Report informs via Chronicle Live.
The England international was linked with the Magpies at the start of the January window but those claims were played down by Eddie Howe earlier this year. Grealish's representatives are now scouring the market for the 29-year-old's next move with City believed to be open to offers for his services.
The asking price for Grealish is expected to be a world away from the £100 million City paid for his services to Aston Villa back in 2021. And even though he has two years left on his current £300,000 per week wages, he would have to take a major pay cut to join the Magpies.
The Newcastle head coach certainly admires Grealish, describing him as an "outstanding player" last year, and the feeling is mutual from the winger who said of Howe in summer 2024: "They have a great manager in Eddie Howe and they already have good players who can hurt you.
