Milan interested in Roma’s Artem Dovbyk

Serie A giants Milan are looking to sign a striker before deadline day and they are now interested in Roma’s Artem Dovbyk, Report informs via Get Italian Football News

The Rossoneri have been linked with Rasmus Hojlund and Dusan Vlahovic, but with Napoli now keen on the Dane, they are studying alternative options.

Luca Bianchin states that Dovbyk is now of interest to them and they believe that they have the budget to potentially complete a transfer, with Roma also considering the Ukrainian’s sale.

Hojlund is the first-choice right now and no negotiations are on for Dovbyk, but if a move for the Dane doesn’t work out and Napoli trump Milan, the Roma player will become a clear option, as Vlahovic’s current wage demands are higher than the other two targets.

The Ukraine international is not said to be central to Gian Piero Gasperini’s system and that is why Roma are considering a sale and are looking at replacements.
