Gianni Infantino to be re-elected as FIFA president

Gianni Infantino will be re-elected as FIFA president, as the Italian-born Swiss football official is the only candidate for this position in the upcoming elections, Report informs, citing the website of FIFA.
The deadline for submitting election applications is done.
The election will take place at the 73rd FIFA Congress in Kigali, Rwanda, on 16 March 2023.
Infantino has been heading FIFA since 2016.
