FIFA probes Qarabag’s rival in the Champions League

Baku.20 September. REPORT.AZ/ FIFA probes FC Chelsea of England. 

Report informs, football association told the Sportsmail. The reason of investigation was indicated the signing contracts with foreign football players under the age of 18. Since the extensive investigation on possible breach of rules is underway, there was no additional comment from FIFA.

Earlier, Spanish Atletiko was also punished for the same violation. The club was banned to transfer new players until winter. Chelsea faced probe over same problems in 2009 and 2016.

Both Chelsea, and Atletiko are rivals of Azerbaijan's Qarabag in group stage of the Champions League.
