Head coach of Premier League club Arsenal Unai Emery commented on the possibility of Henrikh Mkhitaryan's participation in the final match of the Europa League in Baku.
Report informs that the Spanish expert, who called it a political issue, said he was not aware of the problem between Azerbaijan and Armenia. But he said they would do their best to help Mkhitaryan take part in a decisive match: “Today, Mkhitaryan performed well. We will do our best to make Mkhitaryan play in the final. But I'm really unaware of the problem between the two countries and how real it is to bring him to Baku. It does not depend on me. But we will try our best to this end."
Notably, Arsenal will play Chelsea in their final match on May 29 at the Baku Olympic Stadium.
