Aliyar Aghayev included in UEFA talents and mentors programme

UEFA has taken next step to increase skills of judges.

Report informs citing the official website of AFFA, UEFA has also included FIFA Referee Aliyar Aghayev in its talents and mentors programme, who is in the I category of Referee classification. The Chief Refereeing Officer Roberto Rosetti, has received a letter from the AFFA Referee Committee.

Notably, the Talent and Mentor program includes 11 referee candidates from the elite category (48 judges in total).

During the program various monitoring will be conducted and the most talented referees will replace those with weaker indicators or those reached retirement age among 26 people in Elite category next year.
