WB publishes new indicators of economic growth in Azerbaijan

Economic growth in Azerbaijan picked up to 9.2% year on year (yoy) in November 2021 from 5.8% yoy in October, Report informs referring to WB Azerbaijan Monthly Economic Update – January 2022.

In January-November last year, the economy grew by 5.3 percent, as compared to 4.9% at end-October.

“The energy sector grew by 4.4% yoy and the non-energy sectors grew by 11.3% yoy,” reads the document.
