Volume of operations on National Payment System of Azerbaijan soars by 30%

In the first half of 2022, transactions worth 128.223 billion manats ($75.42 billion) were carried out on the National Payment System (NPS) in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

According to the bank, this figure is 30.2% higher than the same period last year.

In the first six months of 2022, the number of operations carried out with NPS was 38.775 million ($22.8 million), 9.1% more than a year ago.
