Private investment in Azerbaijan’s economy rises nearly 17%

In the first half of 2025, private investment in Azerbaijan’s economy totaled 4.1 billion manats (approximately $2.412 billion), Report informs, referring to the country’s Economy Ministry.
According to the data, this marks a 16.5% increase compared to the same period last year.
Notably, private sector investment in the non-oil and gas economy surged by 27.8% over the past year, reaching 2.2 billion manats (just over 1.294).
