Net domestic assets of Azerbaijani banks up by 30%

As of April 1, the net foreign assets of Azerbaijani banks amounted to 21,167.9 million manats, up 1.7% from the previous month, 4.9% from early 2022 and 13% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

At the end of March this year, the banks' net domestic assets reached 13,742.7 million manats, which is 5.1% more than a month earlier, 5.1% less than the beginning of the year and 30% more than a year earlier.

There are 26 banks in Azerbaijan.
