Naveed Hassan Naqvi: World Bank has 10 active projects in Azerbaijan

Baku. 24 February. REPORT.AZ/ “Currently we have 10 active projects in Azerbaijan with total value of $2.5 billion.”
Report informs, Country Manager for the World Bank Azerbaijan Office Naveed Hassan Naqvi told in his address at presentation of the 2nd phase of “Financial Sector Modernization Project”.
N.H.Naqvi noted that the bank realizes 15 technical support projects in Azerbaijan: “Yesterday I told Mr. Rufat Aslanli that this is the most important one among our projects implemented in Azerbaijan. We are ready to render any kind of support to Azerbaijani Government for development of banking sector. We will keep on our works towards supporting the financial sector”.
