Money transfers from Azerbaijan to Georgia up 

In July 2021, $6.7 million was transferred from Azerbaijan to Georgia, up 11.8% from the previous year, Report informs with reference to the National Bank of Georgia.

In January-July 2021, money transfers from Azerbaijan to Georgia nearly doubled to $49.2 million.

The money transfers from Georgia to Azerbaijan amounted to $2 million in July, $10.8 million in January-July.

In the reporting period, $208.4 million (+10.4%) was transferred from foreign countries to Georgia, and $26.7 million (+19.9%) from Georgia to foreign countries.
