Inflation in Turkiye slows down for first time in 1.5 years

Turkiye has seen a slowdown in annual inflation to 84.39%, from 85.51% in October, the National Institute of Statistics said.
Report informs via Turkish media that the growth in consumer prices made 2.88%.
According to the inflation research group (ENAG), which was created by scientists and economists in November, annual inflation slowed to 170.7% from 186.27% a month earlier. The growth of consumer prices for the month amounted to 4.24%.
