IMF: National per capita income in Turkey exceeded 25 thousand USD

Baku. 2 September. REPORT.AZ/ The national income per capita on the basis of purchasing power parity in Turkey has exceeded 25 thousand US dollars.
Report informs citing the Turkish media, the statement made by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
It is reported that with this indicator, Turkey ranked 13th in the world, leaving behind a number of developed countries.
Notably, the economy of Turkey has been growing rapidly in recent years. If in 2001 the gross domestic product (GDP) in this country had a market value of $ 200 bln, then at the end of last year this figure was $ 857 bln.
