IMF expects global inflation to slow down in 2025

Global inflation will decrease to 4.2% in 2025, and to 3.6% in 2026, Report informs, citing the World Economic Outlook published by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
"Global inflation is expected to decrease to 4.2% in 2025 and to 3.6% in 2026 - this roughly corresponds to the trajectory outlined in the April forecast," the document states.
Inflation trends vary significantly across countries: in the US, inflation is projected to remain above the target level, while in other major economies it will be more moderate.
