Holcim Azerbaijan to hold next general meeting of shareholders

The next general meeting of shareholders of the cement manufacturing company Holcim Azerbaijan will take place at 10.00 am on June 30.

According to Report, the meeting will be held at the following address: 6 Izmir Street, Baku.

The agenda includes the approval of the company's audited financial statements for 2024, distribution of net profit for the previous year, approval of amendments to the charter, confirmation of members and the chairman of the Supervisory Board, election of a member of the Audit Commission, and the extension of the loan agreement between the company and Holcim International Finance LTD.
