Gold prices grow to $4,000

Gold prices rose slightly on Friday evening, but may decline by the end of the week, Report informs referring to trading data.
The price of August gold futures on the New York Comex exchange rose by $7.90, or 0.2%, to $4,000 per troy ounce.
Since the beginning of the week, the price of the precious metal has fallen almost 3%.
September silver futures fell by 0.53% to $55.888 per ounce.
Since Monday, the price of the precious metal has fallen by 7%.
