GDP production in Nakhchivan to grow by 3.9% next year

The gross domestic product (GDP) production in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in 2025 is expected to reach 1.5 billion manats, which is 3.9% higher than the forecast for 2024, Report's Nakhchivan bureau informs, citing Deputy Minister of Economy of NAR, Acting Minister Abbas Ismayilov.
At the meeting of the Economic Policy Committee of the Supreme Majlis, Ismayilov noted that growth is expected in all sectors of the economy in 2025: "Industrial production is forecasted to grow by 3.7%, agricultural production by 2.5%, and the volume of construction and installation works in the structure of fixed capital investments is expected to grow by 10.5%."
