Gazprom places local bonds worth 178 million euros

Gazprom Capital placed local bonds for 177.98 million euros as part of the exchange of the balance of Gazprom Eurobonds due in November 2024, Report informs via Kommersant.

The share of replaced Eurobonds, taking into account the additional placement, amounted to 59.6%. The share of the actual placement of bonds from the total number of securities of the additional issue was 37%, from the total number of securities of the entire issue - 23.7%.

The coupon rate for this issue is 2.25%. The next coupon payment is scheduled for November 22. Initially, Eurobonds worth 750 million euros were in circulation; during the first round, the company replaced about 36% of the issue with local bonds.
